EverythingWeather Pro
Thanks to the incredible interest and support in EverythingWeather, I have now far surpassed the free thresholds for many of the third party services I use to showcase some data in the app. In order to ensure the quality of the app continues to improve and better features can be added in time (widgets, lightning data, etc), I have launched EverythingWeather Pro to help pay for these services. All the primary NWS data will continue to always be free. Here is what the Pro subscription can get you as of now!
- Several GOES East and West satellite products, including Vis/IR sandwich, Natural Color, Night IR, Night Microphysics, Day Cloud Type, Snow-Fog, Day Land Cloud Fire, Fire Temperature, Smoke ABI, Volcanic Ash, Sulfur Dioxide (SO2), and Dust. [2 hour loop]
- Level 2 radar data (much higher temporal and spatial resolution than the composite radar, though it is not the raw data) using WMS tiles. Also includes Super Res Base Velocity, Digital Hydrometeor Classification, One Hour Accumulated Rainfall, and Storm Total Accumulated Rainfall. [Note: At this time you are not able to sample the data, but I plan on adding that in the future!]
- PROB Severe data, including all the data for the current time and the past 2 hours.
- Add up to 5 locations to receive weather alert push notifications
- Save unlimited number of favorite locations.
Note: This app is created and maintained by just myself in my free time, so there may well be some bugs or issues you run into. If so, please send me a message and I'll do my best to get it resolved as soon as possible!
